"We hired your company and now you have been our cleaning company for the two campuses and three buildings that the school occupies for the last 3 school years. The buildings are cleaned every night and always look good for the next day of school –snow, rain, whatever. It doesn’t matter what curve ball I throw at you, open house in the evening, summer camp, switching days of cleaning on the weekend – you always respond promptly and with a positive response. If I do have a minor complaint about something not getting done, you are very responsive and fix the problem immediately. The employees that clean our buildings are pleasant and very easy to work with and there is very little turn over with their staff. In addition to the nightly cleanings, we added a day porter to our contract and you have managed to find good, reliable employees to work at our school during the day.
